Placer Valley
One of the most popular subdivisions in Park County is very close to Breckenridge. Located a couple miles north of Alma, access is from Highway 9. The subdivision is a high alpine valley with the Platte River and State Wildlife area on the valley floor. Wheeler Lake and Montgomery Reservoir are nearby for recreational use.
